I pride myself at preparing and presenting Marketing Plans for each specific home based on numerous factors including type of home, location, and price point. Each plan is designed to target the specific buyers for your property. The marketing plan includes always includes Professional quality photography and professionally printed and targeted marketing pieces and a directed presence online. In some cases depending on the home it may also include printed media.
Pre-sale preparation is also extremely important. I complete a pre-sale walkthrough with each client. During this walkthrough I will recommend corrections and improvements to help maximize your return on the sale of your home. Sometimes this will also include professional staging, repairs by a handyman, landscaping and professional cleaning crews.
