I pride myself at preparing and presenting Marketing Plans directed towards the potential buyer for each specific home based on numerous factors including type of home, location, and price point. Each plan is designed to target the specific buyers for each property. The marketing plan always includes professional quality photography, professionally printed and targeted marketing pieces and a directed presence online. In some cases, depending on the home it may also include drone photography, virtual tour and printed media.
Pre-sale preparation is also extremely important. I complete a pre-sale walkthrough with each client. During this walkthrough I will recommend corrections and improvements to help maximize the return on the sale of the home. for some homes this will also include professional staging, repairs by a handyman, landscaping and professional cleaning crews.
