Each plan is designed to target the specific buyers for your property. The marketing plan includes always includes professional quality photography, professionally printed and targeted marketing pieces and a directed presence online. In some cases, depending on the home it may also include printed media.

Pre-sale preparation is also extremely important. I complete a pre-sale walkthrough with each client. During this walkthrough I will recommend corrections and improvements to help maximize the return on the sale of your home. for some homes this will also include professional staging, repairs by a handyman, landscaping and professional cleaning crews.
