I believe it is very important to give back to the community. I volunteer my time as a lacrosse coach for East Lake High School in Sammamish.

I am also very active in Kirkland. I serve on the citizens advisory board for the modernization of Juanita Beach and Mc Cauliff Parks. I also serve on the sidewalk committee for Kirkland and have served as the president of the South Juanita Neighborhood.

I will then do a Comprehensive Market Analysis so you know exactly what your house is worth. Next to price and location, Pictures are the most important part of selling your home. I take professional quality photos of all the houses I sell. I will promote your home online as well as in local papers and publications.

You will receive daily updates on the status of your home including any showings and the feedback from agents that viewed your property. I will also visit the home at least twice a week to make sure the house is in good condition and the flyer box is filled.

If you are moving to the Seattle Metropolitan Area, I will schedule tours of the area to familiarize you with the different neighborhoods that might be right for you. I will set up searches that notify you immediately when any home comes on the market that might work. I will preview homes so you don't waste time. Once we find the right home, I will do a market analysis to make sure the price is right. I make buying homes as enjoyable as possible.
